By adding the capabilities of FABNET, Pinnacle strengthens its machining capabilities, broadens it’s fabrication capabilities, adds an experienced workforce and further diversifies its customer base.  FABNET in turn will have access to Pinnacle’s increased capacity, world-class capabilities and 35 years experience in the industry.  FABNET will shortly be able to be part of Pinnacle’s ISO 9001 and ITAR registrations. The eventual goal is to merge the two entities into its new larger facilities currently being built in Anaheim.

Based in Anaheim, Pinnacle has capabilities in punching, forming, machining, welding, mechanical assembly, painting, silk screening and will add laser cutting by the end of the year.

This year’s show was brimming with new advances in materials, components, electronics, machinery, systems and services for the design and manufacture of every type of medical product.  Pinnacle was proud to be a part of this show and pleased with the opportunity to meet many new customers and vendors from the industry.

The recent purchase and implementaion of its new Virtek Laser Quality Control machine is one in many steps aimed at their goal of continuous improvement.  This Laser QC machine scans the prototype and produces an image into the computer.  The compter ensures that parts are maintained within tolerance, catching weaknesses before parts are made.

Pinnacle has been an ISO9001 certified Corporation since 2008 and is proud to announce that it is also ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) registered as of Dec. 2009 after meeting the qualifications of the US Department of State.  This is only a small part of Pinnacle Precision Sheet Metal Corporation’s pursuit of excellence.
